Terms and conditions
There is no minimum regarding number of articles nor prices. All prices are given in Swedish crowns and EUR. All prices includes Swedish VAT. If you are from outside of EU the prices will be exclusive of VAT.
Delivery and freight cost outside of Sweden.
Delivery will be made with Postal services or DHL Express. If a company address is given you can chose delivery with DHL Europack or Economy Select.
The freight cost will be visible in the shopping cart when you put in one or several products.
We deliver within 1-4 days from order date. The products not in stock can not be ordered. Transportation will take another 2-8 days depending on what transport service you chose. We cannot guarantie that the products will arrive within this time since unforseen causes of delays can occur and we cannot compensate for problems in connections to delays.
Terms of payment
We send orders outside of Sweden only against payment via PayPal or card payment, we accept VISA or MasterCard. You can also choose to pay against an invoice in advance, please contact our customer sesrvice before you make a prepayment. We do not send products COD.
You can pay your purchase in advance by creditcard or in advance by bank transfer.
After you registered your order we will send an e-mail confirming your order and an invoice giving information about our bank accounts bic and iban numbers. When we see that the payment has been done we will send the products to the address given in the order.
It is also possible or us to send you an e-mail with a link to the cardpayment page.
You are welcome to use a credit or cash card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We are co-operating with DIBS who ensures that the payment will be conducted safely and securely. Your cardnumber is sent encrypted directly to the bank and is never stored.
Personal identity issues
In order to make an order, you will need to fill in all the infomration needed and stated as obligatory. When you make an order you simulaneously agree to that your name and address is registered in our files. All information you leave with us will be used in order to fulfill our obligations to you when it comes to deliveries and information about ourselves and sending you information and offers regarding our products. We will not sell or transfer this information to another company.
It is important that we have your e-mail address to facilitate commmunication in connection to orders. You can also chose to allow us to send you newsletters or not. You are entitiled to know what information we have stored about you. We will send you this information against a small fee, 50 Swedish crowns. You have the right to ask us to correct anything that is wrong and to ask us to delete the infomration stored.

Regret an order
If nothing else is agreed in connection to your order, you can regret an order by sending a message to customer serivce or call us. If the order is processed and we sent the products, the customer will pay the freight charges.
Right to return
Customers have the right to return products within two weeks (14 days) If nothing is damaged when we recieved the products the customer will be refunded for the value of the products.

You do not have to motivate why you changed your mind, simply make a note stating this fact. Customer is responsible for packaging the products so that they are returned in good condition. Freightcosts will be payed by customer.
If you recieve a product that has faults or is defect in any way, please contact customer service without delay. The return of defect products will be arranged and payed for by Nyttadesign.
We follow the laws connected to Internet trade in Sweden. We hope you will feel safe with us and trust that you will be fairly treated as customer.
